I recently visited this Mandarin restaurant and had a pleasant overall experience. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely — cozy, vibrant, and perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was also impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond. As for the food, it was average — some dishes were flavorful, while others could have been more balanced in taste. Overall, it’s a great place for the ambiance and service, but the food could be improved a little.

The only positive aspect of my experience was my waiter, DJ, who was excellent and accommodating. I ordered a dish that I ended up not liking. However, when I spoke with the manager about it, she offered no help. Her response was simply that since I had ordered it, they couldn’t take it back. I found this response to be disappointing, and as a result, I will not be returning. Please be aware that there is nothing on the menu stating that if you are not satisfied, you cannot return your food.

In the very beginning everything went well. We ordered and specifically mentioned an allergy to bell peppers. I know the waiter also specified. Nonetheless my daughter is literally in the bathroom from having eaten some small bits of bell peppers. The manager I suppose came over to tell me it was onions, absolutely not. My child is sick in the bathroom. No apologies or nothing. Wanted to live it but the customer service just sucked. Disappointing!
