Made a reservation. Arrived. Then was told that they don't do reservations. First come first serve. Absolutely no space available. So why have an option to make a reservation if you're just going to turn my party away?

The crab cake sliders are traditional Maryland crab cake style. The wings are good. The vibe is expensive dive bar. It's not bad it's just not great but this seems to be the most laid back eating style in the Gaylord outside of the grab and go.
This place should not be in the Gaylord resort. They charge Gaylord prices, but no representation. Food was basic. There was very cheap plastic eating utensils. Not even real silverware. $18 cocktails that were watered down. This was a bad experience. Again, just not the right place for this restaurant to be at. Would not recommend.

My family and I went here after our ICE experience. Let me tell you, this place is amazing!!!!! Great place to hang out, play games and have fun. It can get crowded but hey, only good places get crowded. The food, drinks, ambience, helpful and wonderful staff and games, all contributes to the FUN VIBE of this place. Tarina, Tarun and Jerry helped made our experience AMAZING! I 1000% recommend this place :)

Awesome customer service! Our server and the hose were 10/10! Super friendly, attentive, fun - they totally added to the vibe. Our door was subpar - we were hoping for great bowling alley food. The truffle fries were good, but the giant pretzel was too hard to even bite into. Our server was super nice about it, though! Chicken strips were fine, regular fries were fine, brownie bites were fine. It was my daughter's birthday and they treated her like gold! Our bowling reservation started right on time and we got in several games before our time was up! It was a fantastic and fun ambiance with amazing people working there! Food def leaves something to be desired.
Fun experience, we reserved a duck pin lane for lunch and had a fun time, great for our 8 year old while staying the hotel.
Worst soft pretzel in the history of soft pretzels. Drinks are overpriced.

For being in a Convention Center, this place is subpar.
Seating is chaotic. You seat yourself wherever you'd like but there's no one noticing where you've even been seated to attend to you. Just random guesswork. Tables aren't cleaned off quickly enough to make room for the next party.
I tried one of the Paloma drinks, and it was horrible. All I tasted was like seltzer water that left an aftertaste of sewage water. Tried another Long Island Iced Tea, and again, some horrible seltzer water being used in the mixed drinks. Had to return all drinks to the bar and just ask for a bottled drink. And the tap water tastes terrible too.
Came to enjoy the ICE event and Harbor Social looked like a nice spot, but it's not a great choice for drinks or for getting served timely. Will make note to self for the next time we visit the ICE event at the Gaylord.

Overall, my family had a good time Duck pin bowling, we have adult children, so it was a good non-competitive thing to do. We only had a few times where the ball did not return and needed help, you share a table with another set of bowlers, which is kind of uncomfortable. The food is nothing to brag about. Very typical bar food, and not great at that. But the experience it gives you, time off of phones, time with family, totally worth it.
Five stars for the manager Wayne! He made our night with his kindness and service!

Great food, lots of games, popular place. .
Harbor Social at National Harbor is a very cool and fun restaurant located on the lower level of the Gaylord National Resort atrium. It has a lively atmosphere and is a great spot if you are visiting with a large group or family, especially if you enjoy games or watching sports. The restaurant offers many games, including cornhole and bowling, which makes it more than just a place to eat and helps keep everyone entertained. When we visited, it was very busy, and because of that, the service was a bit slow, which is something to keep in mind if you are on a tight schedule. One highlight of our visit was the $110 family meal deal, which came with two orders of fries, six sliders, six crab cakes, and wings. It was a great value for the amount of food, and I highly recommend it for groups. The food overall was excellent and well prepared, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. While the crowds made things a little hectic, I think on a less busy day this would be an even better experience. I would gladly come back to Harbor Social again when it is not as crowded.

Enjoy the environment and food but was hard to order food or drinks as the Waitress rarely came by to check on us as we were playing the duck pens. Yes would try again and hope for better service
I was double charged on my credit card $60.63. This incident occurred on Thursday evening and my card has not released my funds.
This establishment should allow patrons to pay cash and not forced to use credit cards that could be subject to fraud.
I work for a school and will let everyone know that they should avoid this place

Unfortunately we couldn’t eat or drink at this Gaylord restaurant because it was too busy. My group split up to see if they could order from areas in the back while I tried from the bar. We all found seats but after 15 minutes of being ignored we gave up and went to one of the many choices in town. It was frustrating because we had free drink tickets for staying at this hotel and couldn’t get the proper service to use them.

I could have gotten a better meal at McDonald's...and i dont eat at mcdonalds...for the amount of money it costs ($25 for a two thin patty, 2 barley cooked pieces of bacon, some sauce and condiments plus some over cooked fries), your better off walking offsite to one of the many other options. Service was VERY slow, the atmosphere and games available at this place was what helped pass the time.
