The food was pretty good and the place was really fun, but the seat Yourself chaos during a dance competition with 5000 people is NOT IT. Later another day there were only two bartenders on and I wasted over 20 minutes for a drink. The manager was just standing there and not being helpful. I get that a person can only serve so quickly, but I don't understand how you don't staff when you know that thousands of people are converging on the hotel for an event.

Went for a short night out. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The layout is spaceous for multiple large groups. There are many activities to do. A very clean establishment with a nice glow from the outside in.

Stopped in for a few drinks after a work social event while staying at the conference center. Happily they were playing the NHL on the big TV - extra star for that! And the Oilers won - bonus star for that too!
We just had a few drinks and some spinach dip - so did not partake in the broader menu but the venue looks like a fun time, with some bowling lanes, large block Jenga style games etc.

Came here for the first time on May 13th for my husband’s birthday. The night went well but the hold on my card has not cleared and today is June 1st. The charge + tip hit the same day. I can’t reach anyone by phone.
Leroy is the man!!!! We were in town for my daughters graduation and he made us feel like we were home. He was very funny and personable. The service was excellent and the drinks were on point!! All the servers were nice especially the lady from Eritera, she was very nice to us as well.

I’d like to take a moment to praise a truly outstanding employee I encountered during my visit: Annitta, who was working along the part of the bar that I was seated at. In just one sitting, I saw her handle an incredible amount of rudeness and unnecessary hassle from multiple customers—and she did it all with incredible professionalism, patience, and a calm demeanor.
She was also incredibly attentive to her guests and even though with food allergies, taking the time to help them figure out what they could safely eat. That kind of thoughtful service goes a long way and speaks volumes about her dedication.
Annitta clearly takes pride in her work, and it made a big impression on me. She’s a huge asset to the restaurant, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
