This restaurant is an absolute gem! I truly hope the manager or owner sees this because my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s locations, but this one completely exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, setting the tone for an amazing visit. When I went to pay, the young man at the register greeted me with such enthusiasm and genuine kindness—it made my day! The atmosphere was spotless, and the team took extra care to ensure my order was made to perfection.

I ordered two sandwiches, the #42 and the #7 (Mike’s Way), and as a true foodie, I went all in with the giant size for both. They kindly cut them into fours, making it easy for me to enjoy them for dinner tonight and lunch over the next two days. And wow—what an experience! The moment I took my first bite, the flavors burst in my mouth like a perfect symphony. It was a true chef’s kiss!

It’s rare to find a place that delivers both top-tier customer service and incredibly fresh, high-quality food, but this location nailed it. Today, I had a five-star deli experience. A huge thank you to the amazing team who made this meal so special—I will definitely be back!

Picked up order for Robert and a short African American woman working at the counter asked to see my phone to ‘double check,’ and I complied. Strangely she later asked me to confirm I picked up the order before handing over the order or giving me a chance to check if I’m collecting the right items. Why would I say I picked up an item before I actually do? Wasn’t interested in conversations so I again complied and left. The rude behavior and the strange policy, I’m assuming someone told her to do these things, is unacceptable service.

I ordered a whole italian club sandwich. The sandwich did not have the right quality of meat according to the policy of the company. Is supposed to be 12 to 16oz for a wholesale. Or do you before it's too late and get protection for your heating AC clothing kitchen and laundry appliances and? Call your free call in the next 5 minutes.

First issue was I waited in line for about 30 minutes. There was nobody in there so idk what took them so long. Second issue the cashier was rude like she didn’t want to be there. And when I got home to enjoy my sandwich I realized the bread was hard as a rock, I couldn’t even really bite into it.
