The lady at the front counter she can be so rude now I have patronized they ESTABLISHMENT three times and not one time did she say THANK YOU. She just sling your food through the plexiglass and slam the door and don't say thank you. When someone is patronizing your business you supposed to have some type of courtesy to make them come back. I won't go back there and spend my money if you can't show me you appreciate me coming to your business. I got a cheeseburger sub combo everything I asked to be put on my sandwich wasn't even on it sandwich was thin with one piece of cheese . I wanted to take it back but I was already home.

Would give less if I could ya the food is alright and the only place I've tried so far I actually liked the crab Rangoon (most times) but my card has been compromised TWICE now and the only thing those two times have in common is this place!! ?? Once it was online and once over the phone when said lady read my card number out loud! So unless you want your card information stollen and fraud charges showing up on your account I can not stress it enough DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Placed an order over the phone. The boy that took the order read my card number, expiration date and ccv code out loud. Then I started getting unauthorized transactions on my card. I cancelled the card. Called them to let them know what happened and let them know he should not read the card number out loud. The response it got was unimaginable. She started ye6 and cursing. NEVER AGAIN... and we are regulars.

I get tired of spending money on bad service. Businesses wonder WHY nobody's coming to eat?!?! I know I will not be eating here again!!! I asked questions about an item I was ordering and the girl on the phone was so rude with her response, " What do you mean what is the difference in the items??? one is spicy one isn't!!" ok... im asking for a reason... food allergies and it doesn't state that clearly on the menu. I asked a few more questions... my thought was to just not order because she was so continuously rude!!! Why am I being nice spending my money for you to talk to me how ever you like?!?! I called back in consideration of the driver so I could meet him outside. I asked do you know about how long the driver would be??" It's cold and a long walkway. There she goes again... rude!!! He missed a tip and I won't be ordering back with them again!!! Being in management, customer service is very important, and this young lady could be and is very detrimental to the progression of any business with her unwanted attitude. Remember to treat people the way you want to be treated andthat ALL PEOPLE ARE NOT THE SAME. i am sorry if you were having a bad day but I lost my appetite and you have lost a customer. TAKE CARE!!!
