The service at this place sucks.
The entire front of the house needs training to include the Bar and lunch manager. Service is subpar, food is decent just as all reviews have stated.
Requiring the guess to order from the QR code and not the server is the downfall of the service provided at this establishment. Due to ordering from the QR code, the servers are less engaged with their tables.

Horrible service. Out of everything. Then after we ordered found out they were out of that. Wife and nice left and went across the street.

It's been a long time since I visited Public House, National Harbor. When we arrived, we were seated at a table, and we had to scan a code to place an order. Not everyone is doing apple Pay or debit cards, so we called someone over to take our orders.
We were paying cash and ordered what we wanted to eat that night. The steak tacos and Thai chili wings were good. It's been a while, so it was different experiencing security checking elderly people and others at the restaurant late hours. I enjoyed the dj, and music was a vibe during the night.

We went early afternoon and I was not impressed. Ordering had to be done completely online and there was no printed menu available. They also required payment online using the same app. I was left wondering how I would get service if I didn't bring my phone. The steak sandwich was good, but they had no carbonated beverages. They served me a Coke that was flat and explained they didn't have any carbonation. I was confused how a bar that offered mixed drinks could not have carbonated soda. The server staff was not very attentive, even though I left a decent tip. I probably won't go here again.
Kid-friendliness: I would not consider this restaurant kid friendly.

Service was non-existent. We were shown to a table by the wave of a hand. We sat for a while only to find out we have to scan a QR code to order drinks and food.
Food was mediocre at best. The “server” was not rude but had zero personality and was not welcoming.
Place felt run down and dirt for the area it is in.

The bartender was fast and attentive. Can’t remember her name but regardless of how busy it was she took time to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything.

Dont care about the food…anywhere that uses apps for menus, to order etc 1-star.
Great price, great tasting food, plenty of TVs to watch whatever game you want to see, and the service is always warm and friendly. Also thrilled that they have the QR code at the table so each individual person can start their own check in their own time and pay their own bill without having to ask a server to split everything. So convenient!

No menus. QR code. If you’re not into it, well, find somewhere else.

Put in our order via QR code at the table, waited 30 minutes for food before anyone checked in on us. They brought out one order and went to check the kitchen again and the chef didn't press continue and see the rest of the orders. Food was good and did come out quickly after this was realized but overall bad service. Overall waited 40+ minutes for food at 2:30pm (wasn't busy) and was not given much of an apology or discount to make up for their error
