Amazing service and the new renovations look amazing. It feels like an entirely different shop. You can tell the owners put their all into the new renovationsđ¤Š

PLEASE CLEAN OR TEST CUSTARD MACHINE. Tiny little white pieces of idk inside the custard ! It left a weird coating in my mouth. The ice was tasty and fine though. Got a gelati But was unable to finish with the weird tiny pieces I kept having yo spit out .
Donât say your open online and then not be when you get there.
Gone here before, but today the 1st young ladies had NO professional customer service skills. Gave us a dry âhelloâ and as I was ordering she kept rolling her eyes and looked impatient. The 2nd young lady came to ring up my order and charged me for a Sundae instead of a small custard and I didnât realize until I went to my car. I went back into the store and was approached by the first young lady who scooped the ice cream she just rolled her eyes yet again. She proceeded to tell the second young lady âshe said you charged her for a Sundae and not a custardâ and walked back over to me and asked âyou want an additional toppingâ. I told her âno, not reallyâ and she walked back to the second young lady. The second young lady yelled out âwell you know what I can just cash app you the extra dollarâ. I am not sure why they thought that âcash appâ was appropriate for their mistakes. Both young ladies seemed irritated that I even came back inside the store. I told both females to not worry about the extra charge and walked out. I can only imagine how many other people have been extra charged. I didnât even receive a âIâm sorry about thatâ.I tried to scan my rewards app and was told by the second young lady that I would have to input the code after I received my receipt. She gave me my first receipt and I asked so how do I input the code and she said âIâm not sure, another customer told me thatâs how she does it.â I told her I could not find how to do it and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Last time I will be going to this location. So unprofessional.

As soon as my family walked in the door all the cashiers ran to the back slamming the door, I asked why they were so upset they just laughed, the tall cashier with glasses and braids seemed upset to have to work on a Saturday night 9/16 the receipt said Zoe , needs an attitude check, itâs custard not that hard

I went to Ritaâs with my fiancĂŠ, and I got there concrete while she got a Gelato. The concrete was good, but I was upset at the price. I felt as though it wasnât worth it in reference to the price point between both. Itâs hard to compare it to a blizzard or an Avalanche. When in Rome, do as the Romans. The customer service was good.
We are big fans of Rita's, and this place was just fine. Perhaps fewer ice selections than some, but our server was friendly and accommodating.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!I just visited a location in which I will not be returning anymore. You have two girls working plus the manager came out on the phone. One was making orders and the other was ringing up customers. I asked the girl did she charge me correctly.She seemed fairly new. I was overcharged for toppings & when I showed the manager she barely looked at my receipt. She was worried about getting to the next customer..I just left because when I was giving my order, the manager asked me to step down to the cash register and the girl would continue my orderâŚPeople were getting their orders and paying before me..When the girl repeated my order to the cashier, she mustâve heard wrong because she was multi-tasking.The customer service is trash and I thought it wouldâve been different my second time visiting!
