I went to Rita’s with my fiancé, and I got there concrete while she got a Gelato. The concrete was good, but I was upset at the price. I felt as though it wasn’t worth it in reference to the price point between both. It’s hard to compare it to a blizzard or an Avalanche. When in Rome, do as the Romans. The customer service was good.

Their Ice cream cones are the only reason I come here...well that and because my wife loves their Oreo shakes and my kids like the Italian Ice. The customer service is hit or miss, depends on who's working. This store needs better hours though, and should stay open all year 'round.

I recommend this treat highly! ... although crowded the servers were pleasant and efficient. I watched as they handled orders from young children treating them with care and patience. Keep doing it right!! See ya next visit!
