I went there 3 days ago to buy some bread and one of the cashier dropped my bread on the floor and they didn't want to give new bread and they didn't refund my money back Plus they lady was so rude she doesn't belong there they should fire her

The food is delicious and bread is good and fresh.

I went and spent almost 100 dollars and I wanted French bread and they come out with the nonsense that the bread is too hot and they can't sell it so it's stupid that this is supposed to be how the customer orders it ?they can't use tongs to grab the whole bread Time says the same thing ?I went there because it is very close to my house but it is the worst service they can have there, they like to sell old bread better. If they improved that service, they would have more customers ?

I was there this morning to buy some Mexican tamales and the mátales. They were in bad condition. What bad service apart from selling damaged food, it was the second time that I got damaged tamales???

I ordered my wedding cake, the girl who served me was very friendly and accessible, the problem was when I picked up my cake, I had ordered it all white and gold and when I checked it it was white and red, no one was responsible, they told me that The baker had made a mistake, they would refund my money (my wedding was that day) where could I find another cake? I told them no, that I needed it fixed and they said that they couldn't do it on site, that I should take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I left very angry and disappointed, what was supposed to be a day of happiness was marred by not paying attention to the details, although the note was clear, I don't understand how they can be so confused and insensitive.

I just personally went to buy 3 chicken cakes, I told the girl who served me that I wanted 2 without onions and 1 without vegetables and now that I came home they gave me 2 without vegetables and the other one they put onion on, it was not my fault From the girl who served me, if not from the cooks, I am a customer there. It is not the first time that they have done this to me. They should talk to the cooks. I am allergic to onions. Thank God, I checked it before eating it.

I came in the morning with desires of some fresh baked bread and I was satisfied! It was delicious and the place was clean and the bread was delicious, fluffy, and warm not so sugary plus they’re huge! Most certainly will be coming back! They have a whole Hispanic breakfast menu to choose from! YUM!

They gave this cake to my husband and the one who doesn't know anything brought it and I was upset because it was ordered ahead of time and it was for a birthday and photos and I don't even know what it says, they just told him sorry and they didn't even tell him. They didn't fix it or anything, that's how they gave it to him,

I went to buy bread. The girl who is there must have good service. I'm not going to ask for all the things, I'm going to buy. They don't put the bread in bags, they give it to you like that! !!! NO MATTER, if the bread falls outside, they are not the ones who are going to give you another one because they have written on the windows that they are going to charge you if you drop one. What a shame I won't go there again. Proud people for those who come to shop there because they eat every day

There isn't much variety and the bread is more expensive than in most bakeries and I wouldn't mind if it was at least fresh but they mix old bread with new which is disgusting, on the other hand what the hell is going on with the cashiers, it's like they compete For someone who is the busiest, they treat you as if you were asking for a gift, and it has been the same in both Sabor Casero bakeries. I don't ever plan to go back.
