During my visit the wait time was long. I guess typical for a Friday night. Ordered the ShackBurger, it was hot and flavorful. The fries were not as crispy as I would have liked them. I also tried the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. It was all that and more. Made my visit worth the hassle of getting to MGM and the long wait time.
Food was hot and good
Shakes were delicious
Would recommend the spicy fries
And if you order a bacon burger make sure they actually put more than 1 piece of bacon

I went here to redeem my free Shack burger from T-Mobile's Tuesday specials and was having the hardest time completing the order. For some reason the app would not accept my phone number, which was strange. I tried different numbers and even the store number but nothing worked. Becoming a tad bit frustrated I asked to speak to the manager. Thank goodness for Tata, who was very attentive and proactive. Tata made sure the little glitch in the app did not ruin my experience...
