I just came in from out of town and was craving some Taco Bell. Thought I’d get some near my house so I wouldn’t have to stop and add more time to my trip home. I went through the drive thru and ordered something for my boyfriend and I just to get home and all of our food to be cold. We ordered our food at 12:45am 12/1/24 and I know they close at 2 am but my food should not have been cold.

i go through the drive through, i tell the young lady i only want chicken cheese and sour cream on my nachos. She too worried about keep trying to get smart instead of listening. They tell me I wasn’t specific enough. I thought ONLY was pretty specific like i don’t understand what was so confusing when i said it MULTIPLE TIMES so when i came back because my food had beans they then tried to argue that I wasn’t specific, they remake my food and it was barley any cheese or chicken instead of the manager correcting her workers from the jump she just stood there and looked dumb and confused, at that point i just wanted my refund. the whole taco just confused and can’t comprehend at this point !

Don't come here at all to eat. 18 minutes for a damn taco is ridiculous. And then serving people ahead of me is crazy. What is it with these places!!!!!!! Am I invincible?

Didn't have a great experience, Not only they messed up my order but I needed to repeat it multiple times to them. I really love Taco Bell however it didn't really worked for me.
Just try you see it what is there ,have every thing you want.

If I could, I'd rate them 0 stars. Yesterday evening I placed a mobile order. They messed up my crunchwrap 3 times, gave me extra food that wasn't part of my order & gave incorrect drinks. I gave up after trying to get my order fixed because I was so frustrated & hungry, so i ate the food. Next thing I know, I was throwing up all night & this morning. I've NEVER gotten sick eating taco bell until now. I'll never go back to that location again. If the employees can't read how customers want their food exactly (especially when we have to pay for extra ingredients), care to fix what they messed up on after confirming what went wrong nor keep ingredients fresh/stored properly; they need to be replaced or go through training again. Paid $30 for mine & my friends food just to get sick. Crazy.
