Disgusting and trifling just dirty all the food came soggy cold and uncooked and I try to get a refund they won't even give you your refund this store is absolutely nasty trash and Disgusting every one present working there should all be fired.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! The young lady on the drive thru made me feel rushed as I was ordering. Her voice was hostile and she seemed bothered to be at work. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and fries and received a nine dollars craving box. I’ve been waiting behind the customer that was in line. The lady walked off from the register and left me standing there holding the box. Thinking she was coming back she never did and I had to ask for a manager while waiting for the manager. I could hear the young lady over at the drive-through window, complaining about the other customers at the order box. The atmosphere in that place was so thick. I just took the box walk back out of the store and made a complaint to customer service. I will never spend money at the Oxon Hill Taco Bell again.!

I love the black bean crunch wrap it's a good little lunch.
My aunt went to this taco Bell and there was roaches in her burrito and she swallowed half of its body and realized when she throwed it up. DON'T GO TO THAT TACO BELL
