Today's Crab House - Across from Eastover

First time getting something other than Crabs ? and Seafood at Today’s. I can say the food was pretty Good. The food had a lot of flavor, but it was a little salty. Overall I was impressed with the food and service. The Best thing is they accept EBT cards ? too!!!

I’ve stopped at this crab place 3-4 times now since last August when I first discovered them..never had an issue until this last time…I spent $175 on jumbo and X-Large male and all of my family members complained about them..they weren’t cooked the same as before and they had a foul odor! I was going to take it as a loss because I’m 4 hours away but I realize that’s a lot of money and I can’t throw it down the drain like that so I called and spoke with a guy who said he was the owner he answered the phone by saying “what” I looked at the phone and said hello he said yeah, I’m the manager! So I explained what happened and because I didn’t notify them the day of (which they were closed but the time we ate them, again we had a 3.5 hour drive and we ate them later on that night) but I take the same drive each time bits never had a smell..anyway he said without me bringing them back the same day it’s nothing he can do..I’m like I still have them I’ll freeze them if need be but $175 somebody need to do something. He apologized and said there’s nothing. But they could throw me some extras next purchase! I declined respectfully and said I won’t be back sir, I can promise you that! I will just do my review and never come back! He said ok…while typing this revie he called me back and said I talked to the manager or owner she said she can give you a dozen of large females next time you come. I once again declined, because once again I bought dozen of jumbo male and a dozen X-Large male so large females that costs $35 does not compare! Also he told me most ppl open crabs before they leave..I’ve never in all years of life seen this performed! If so, I probably wouldn’t want to eat there…this could mean they have a reputation of selling bad crabs..I’ve never had an issue before but again they were not cook cooked good at all

Those are the worst crabs I ever had in my life it's mushy it's terrible and they don't know how to cook crabs!!! I asked him to replace it they yelled at me and didn't believe me that they was mushy and not edible. This place is trash and their customer service is trash, do not go here. WARNING the food is trash and overcooked!!! And they will have an excuses why their food is over cooked!!! crabs are mushy and don't have no taste!!! The taste is cooked out of the crabs!!! Worst excuse for a crabhouse ever!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! ALL MY CRABS LOOKED LIKE THIS PICTURE!!! DONT EAT HERE!! WARNING!!!!

Nice local crab house to either dine in or carry out. I've tried this location twice now and both experiences were good. Service was pleasant. The prices are reasonable and the food make you write home or anything but it's decent. The only thing I can't recommend are the fried scallops. Scallops can be a tricky dish to fry. While the scallops had an okay flavor the batter completely fell off and or just was soggy; for $16.99 they have to do better.

My "overall" experience I generously gave them a four star. We paid about $65 and received enough food to feed 4-6 people. Portion sizes are a plus!

ME & MY DAUGHTER WENT HERE 2-DAYS AFTER MOTHERS DAY THEY HAD ACOUPLE OF SPECIALS THEIR JUMBO SHRIMP CAUGHT MY EYE SO SHE BOUGHT OF US SOME THEY WERE FRESH & BIG THEY WERE VERY TASTY I WILL BE COMING BACK.

everything here is great and positive, my sister got married today and she gave her balloons, sung to her, and gave her a cake with candles now i dont eat seafood but ill most definitely come back to get a carrot cake and to say hello? i love it!!

I ordered a half bushel of medium female crabs and a pound of medium shrimp for a total of $122.20. The shrimp was MUSH! Cooked WAYYYYY TOO LONG. The crabs were giving crayfish SUPER SMEDIUM. By the time I got home to eat them the establishment had closed for the day. I called the next day and was told only same day refunds and that posted in store it says to check your bag before u leave out.I will never eat here or refer anyone.

My friend bought me crabs from here and they were so good and heavy. The seasoning is bomb and not to mention the sauce Lawd!!

I order 2 dozen of crabs and They are no good very bad they need to close down because everything is nasty in there fried,steam, everything I couldn't give no ⭐ because waste of money

I called before I went and was told $65 for jumbo female...more like $65 for medium size; after I paid I was told a 15 min wait, sure no problem; then after about a 12-15 min wait, I was told it would be an additional 15 min because they just got fresh crabs and they want to give me fresh crabs. I get home and see small and preheated crabs. This was my first and last bad experience. I try and support the area/neighborhood establishments, but situations like these reminds me why the drive be worth it.
