Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This 1 star is because I was told they no longer serve Acai Berry Boost Smoothie and it is on the menu BIGGER THAN LIFE🙄 Is this at all Tropical Smoothie locations or just this one in the HOOD?!??!??!

First time coming to this location, my smoothie tasted watered down. Like it was missing something, I've had the same smoothie from two other locations where it actually tasted like it should. Please improve on this.

I ordered my food ahead of time and I got it right on time
I also got a breakfast wrap and it was so delicious .

HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE! Dude at the front desk with the rotten teeth was very unpleasant. He need to be dealt with.

Customer service sucks. Customer satisfaction is not given at this location. Item was definitely not worth the price.

I had an outstanding experience at the Tropical Smoothie in Oxon Hill, and I have to give major credit to Ikea for making it happen! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, upbeat, and welcoming. Ikea was not only professional and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of with a smile.
You can tell the IKea is well trained and motivated, which speaks volumes! My smoothie was made perfectly, and my order came out quickly and accurately even during a busy time. It’s rare to see this level of consistency and genuine customer care.
If you’re ever in the area, this is definitely the Tropical Smoothie to visit and ask for the young lady Ikea.
Kudos for running such a smooth operation.

First and foremost, I would like to give a special THANK YOU to Mrs.Ikea, For having such a wonderful customer service Attitude working with the people in community and in my area. I’m there just about every other day and walking through those doors she knows exactly what I ordered with such a smile and greeting me makes me come back every day. We need more great workers like Mrs.IKEA, with such a wonderful personality..

not everyone had a hair net, and there was an argument in the kitchen with some employees just standing around and watching while people waited for their order. only one employee was making smoothies, and my smoothie rested in the blender for about 5 minutes before i got it. By the time I got it, it had melted a bit. will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Anton was amazing. Give him a raise. I don't know if I spelled it right, but I was so indecisive on which smoothie to get he reccomend such a good one 10/10

First, I absolutely must give Demetrius a round of applause. He always do a superb job on making of smoothies never watery in taste. Based on the customer service that I always receive from Demetrius, Anton, Indiae, Martin, and the female employee who name begins with a C. Please, forgive me for forgetting your name. I did not forget you though, and the excellent customer service that I receive from you always. Keep shining you superstars.

I took an L with this location. I placed an Uber Eats order last week for an açaí bowl, but the food delivered to me was expired. I also paid for extra pineapple, which I didn’t receive. Essentially, I was robbed of that money and I left tip for the restaurant and tipped my uber driver. Came down to $20 something. While that’s frustrating, I’m leaving this review because I called to address the issue, and no manager ever called me back. On top of that, the açaí bowl wasn’t fresh—it seemed like a premade product that had been sitting in the fridge, and the team forgot to replace it with a fresh one. I’m very unhappy with this service.

Came in 2 order 1 smoothie, but there's 1 customer being served at the register. So I waited and waited till the dude was finished taking the lady's order, then he leaves the register, seeing there's 2 people waited 2 order, to start making the ladies order...forger about the 2 standing there 2 order. I left the without ordering. It was clear he ONLY CARED ABOUT HER ORDER and no one else's. Ty and the heavy non pregnant lady gives good service. I only want them making my smoothie. PERIOD!!!!

Ordered smoothies in person at 8:45pm and was the only customer in the store. However, my order had to wait to be completed because they had finish texting for few minutes more even though they were already texting while they were taking my order.

I visit this Tropical since is like 2 mins from my job and today when I went in they serve me a chipotle chicken flatbread and when half way eating my food the chicken was cold and it gave me a bad taste ? not happy at all.

9/10 they making my order wrong , or it's not ready when I come to pick it up orrrrr it's messy and I have to clean it myself ! They really need to do better it's annoying the last time I ordered food it was plastic in my wrap so I'm done with that
