“I was talking cupcakes with some friends and I mentioned Enchanted Cakes. Had them a few birthdays ago. They were good cupcakes. I have had better but they were good and the staff were friendly.

I am writing this review however, in support of, and as a response to the ridiculous review attached (see photo). This individual reviewed the business based off what other reviewers said. They don’t cite personal experience and probably have never been to the place. They only quote other bad reviews to tell everyone they should not go here. A quick profile glance shows you the majority of their reviews are bad. I am all for a negative review if warranted. The current negative reviews are of actual customer experiences and therefore valid. This review is clearly not valid.

Read the reviews and decide if you want to give Enchanted a try. If not, cool but the truth always lies somewhere between the 5 star and 1 star reviews. 4 stars means that 80 percent of the reviewers on average are satisfied and 20 percent are not. Don’t listen to a useless review based on no actual experience.“

“I cannot say enough good things about our wedding cake! It was absolutely delicious—so many guests came up to me saying it was the best cake they’ve ever had. People were genuinely shocked when they found out it was vegan! Not only did it taste amazing, but it was also stunning—exactly what I envisioned. Working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully. “We decided to randomly doordash a sweet the other night and were excited to find them on doordash. I’ve had the ice cream when at the Avenue but never the cupcakes. OH MY GOD. These were to die for. They didn’t taste quickly manufactured or dry like some cupcake shops. They tasted like so much time and effort was put into keeping them moist, tasting amazing and looking amazing. Can’t wait to get them again!“
