I had a delivery and they forgot. The utensils for a delivery told me that I needed to ask for them. They forgot the soy sauce and other condiments that go along with egg rolls and it got smart on the phone. The manager all he could say is I'll give you a free egg roll. Very poor customer service will not be back ever again. I would not suggest ps by the way, nothing on their advertisement says you have to ask for silverware. Poor customer service. Oh I'm not getting anything else from them

Sooo glad we found Happy China. Our favorite place on Belair Road closed and we've been looking for a replacement. The food was fresh and portions generous. They delivered as promised and our food was prepared as requested. I ? Singapore Mei Fun with a lighter kick of curry, they nailed it! We will be back!!

My Fav CHINESE restaurant. By far. We have tried a lot of places in baltimore for chinese and this is my favorite. They offer good coupons when you order through their site (cheaper prices than other meal delivery apps too fyi). The staff follow requests in the notes we put on our orders. The service is quick. Food is hot when delivered or picked up and tastes good. I've never had an order missing food or with incorrect food.
The only suggestions for improvement I can make is that the parking is a bit tight (esp when people park at odd angles in the small lot out front). Store is small but we get takeout or delivery generally so this is not a big issue for me.

We have been ordering from Happy China for years. They never disappoint and are so friendly. The hot food is always super hot when it arrives, cold food is always chilled. We have never gotten sick from their food and we are always happy. All of the dishes made with shrimp are so good and they are so generous with the amount of shrimp you get. The sushi is pretty good too. Also, the dinner combinations are a lot of food for the price. We love Happy China!

The orange chicken flavor was delicious with the pork fried rice. I came around 8pm on a weekday and the chicken was a little tough and the fried rice was dry so I would recommend coming earlier. The egg rolls are a great size. I plan on returning regularly.

Food I'd recommend: orange chicken, szechuan crispy beef, tempura veggies app, egg rolls.
