First, three stars on atmosphere, yeah if you have been, you know, it has seen better days. I would challenge the owner to walk in and ask themselves how they could bring it back to life... But guessing the majority is pickup or delivery so not going to put the money in... They do have some wobbly tables so you can eat there if you like.
