I went to Pho Saigon Hanoi today with a friend. I LOVE this place. Tucked away in Carney Village next to Weiss Market. WOW. Looks like a typical eat-in take-out Asian eatery, but looks can be deceiving. Not just the quantity but the quality of the food is top notch!! Pho was ready in a flash but tastes like it simmered all day long. The rare steak was sliced thin and cooked in the delicious broth.
