“I felt it was necessary to give credit where credit is due. I received the most delicious, perfectly cooked pan pizza from Pizza Hut (Festival at Pasadena) last night. Typically it's a hit or miss when I order a pan pizza from any Pizza hut. Because it's a thick pizza, I always order extra sauce & extra cheese to balance the dough with toppings. My main issue is with the cheese. More times than not do I ever get what I paid for. And extra cheese is charged separately and is over $3 to add it. So, with that being said, I'd like to give credit and say thank you to the staff member that made my pizza. (ORDER #61434219

“This place hasn't changed in years. We ordered two personal pan pizzas and fries and chicken bites for our kids. They came out great. They were cooked well crispy and hot. The guy working the oven was very busy with orders and many people picking up. He was very nice and patient. Some lady came up and rudely asked for straws. He was apologetic and ran and grabbed them quickly. Great experience.“
