“I go to this store often because I work in the area. Staff has always been courteous and kind. My order is always right. I've only ever had 1 instance when the wait was longer than expected, but there was 1 person handling, phones, making pizza, web orders and the folks in the lobby area and that is the downfall. Please staff the location properly. The only reason the reviews are 1 star is because way too often there is just 1 person doing EVERYTHING! That's not a good way to keep staff or customers. It's a good location with a good product, staff it right.“
“I miss the old Pizza Hut, with games, etc. But this location is my go-to for carry out. The food is always good, the customer service is great, and the other location near me is horrible. I recommend going a little further to get something better.“
“We actually love this Pizza Hut. The food is always very good and they usually get the order exactly correct. This time my pizza was incorrect but I didn't bother fixing it. Too tired... Needs more chairs for waiting and staff could be more welcoming.“
“I would like to say this was the best pizza hut I've been to in a long time. I did an online order for carryout and the pizza was ready at or before the scheduled time. The two guys, Rome and Dave, were the people that were there at the time and they were great and informative about other specials they have. It was a great experience and I will definitely go to this location again.“
“This Pizza Hut location is fairly new to the area and I have ordered several times. Sometimes the store is really busy. Today, it wasn't too busy. I always use the app to order and the timing was very accurate for this order. The staff were personable and professional. I ordered the Big New Yorker which has become one of my favorite pizzas. It is a winner for Pizza Hut.“
