“Easy enough to call or walk in to order, but no dine in or delivery available currently. Overall, food was just fine. General tso’s had no spice at all even though the online menu denotes an * for spicy dishes. The sesame chicken and fried rice were pretty good in the lunch special. I appreciate that you can choose white or dark meat for an extra $1 for your meal. Unfortunately, the chicken wonton soup that came with the lunch special was horrible…it tasted like it was made with dish water. The sweet and sour shrimp was well fried and the portion size was fair for the price. Would return, but will be skipping the soup.“

“We weren’t too sure on what to order here when we first arrived but we ordered quite a few dishes to share amongst our table. Everything came out hot and fresh. If we weren’t sure what something was, it was explained to us so we knew what we were ordering. The spices were really amazing and perfect along with the sauces too. I will definitely be coming back to order more. Missed taking pictures of some of the dishes because they smelled so good so we ended up eating before the first few pictures“

“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

“I've been meaning to try this truck for weeks & finally made it there on 9/17. El Taco Loco was worth the wait! I had the Asada, Chorizo & Pork Carnitas tacos. All 3 were yummy but the spicy Chorizo was my fave. At $5.00 each, the 3 corn tacos were a bit small but made for a tasty late-day snack. My only complaint was that there was no red salsa, guacamole & sour creama to top them with. The owner chef did garnish each taco with avocado slices, but plain avocado has no taste -- I need guacamole! There was also a tiny (1 teasp. worth!) container of green sauce that tasted of avocados & tomatillos, but it wasn't anough to apply to 3 tacos! yours truly likes her traditional OG taco toppings. But overall, what I had was Delicioso! I will definitely be back to El Taco Loco very soon to check out the rest of the menu.“

“In my best Kat Williams voice "Playa Playa" !! From beginning to end, excellent experience. I love the fact that you can choose from 2 doors to enter as well as safe free parking lot options. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.“

Unlike many other eateries, they have not gone to cheaper ingredients since the pandemic and you can tell by how fresh and tasty everything is. After a miscommunication between myself and the (external) caterer, who was providing food for the event, I was left scrambling to figure out how to accommodate all of my guests in a very short amount of time. They went above and beyond to help out, never once stressing out or making the inconvenience seem like an inconvenience. “We are a local business and we ordered 25 pizzas for a holiday party. Best prices around and the pizza was delicious. Called the day of to confirm 6 pm delivery. 6pm the driver walked in the door. He was incredible nice and helped set up the pizzas. We are a few miles away and it was rush hour. The pizzas were so hot that we had to wait a few for them to cook down. One of the best pizza places that I have purchased from and will definitely order from them again.“

Their hours are the best of any local bakery/coffee shop since they open late until 9pm. Definitely ask them to heat up your pastries if you are eating there. It levels up the food! I also like their macarons - they are always expensive but the prices here were average. Tried the pseudo-Tuna Melt (tuna made of carrot), cashew cheese, lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced onion for me, served on sprouted (?) bread, toasted nicely. Surprisingly good & filling. Nice size sandwich, too. Only ate half & took the rest home. Other new options include a beet-pastrami sandwich. The extraordinary Reuben, always a favorite here, now uses marinated tempeh (marinated in-house) instead of the previous type. I sampled the marinated version and it was more flavorful and worth the try another time. The tuna and cashew cheese are also made in-house. I found Tak (forgive if not spelled correctly) knowledgeable about veggie food and cooking with a background in veg food preparation. Very professional & personable. Christy, also, a maker-of-food, was not in yesterday, but seems to a good group. Look forward to trying more new, creative additions to existing menu. Thanks for the meal yesterday everyone!!
