“From the time you enter the door, staff always politely welcomes you to the brand. With huge smiles and direct eye contact, staff have a driven purpose to serve your needs. The store is always clean, the food is tasty and they accommodate as much as they can. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from, the menu is beautiful and there are soo many sauces. They do not mind giving you a sample of something you are unsure of and if you have allergies they will look into the company booklet to ensure you do not get affected by any ingredients. This place is worth a visit to anyone, come one, come all, eat it all! 😄”

“I've been meaning to try this truck for weeks & finally made it there on 9/17. El Taco Loco was worth the wait! I had the Asada, Chorizo & Pork Carnitas tacos. All 3 were yummy but the spicy Chorizo was my fave. At $5.00 each, the 3 corn tacos were a bit small but made for a tasty late-day snack. My only complaint was that there was no red salsa, guacamole & sour creama to top them with. The owner chef did garnish each taco with avocado slices, but plain avocado has no taste -- I need guacamole! There was also a tiny (1 teasp. worth!) container of green sauce that tasted of avocados & tomatillos, but it wasn't anough to apply to 3 tacos! yours truly likes her traditional OG taco toppings. But overall, what I had was Delicioso! I will definitely be back to El Taco Loco very soon to check out the rest of the menu.”

“A dining companion had trouble with the HVAC at 74. Might have been a good temperature on another night but with the holiday crowd it was unpleasant but they were able to seat us near the door and had no other trouble all night. Have had a few offerings there, all of which have been tasty. Ate the lamb shanks last visit fell apart beautifully with the gentlest touch of the fork. Deeply flavorful and delightful. Best Mexican cuisine I've found on the side of Baltimore.”

“If you walk into Yesh Hummus hungry, you will walk out full, happy, and questioning your life decisions—in the best possible way.

I came in “just for something small,” you know, classic Lakewood guy lie #1. The portions here are so big I’m convinced they’re measured with a shovel, not a spoon. The plate hits the table and suddenly you’re like, “Wait… did I accidentally order the family-size catering package?”

The shawarma? Warm, perfectly seasoned, and piled so high it’s basically a structural engineering miracle. The hummus is smoother than a yeshivishe bochur trying to get out of helping set up for a simcha. And the pita… fresh, soft, and disappears way too fast because you keep saying “one more dip,” until you realize you’ve eaten half of it before the mains even arrive.

Service is quick, friendly, and no-nonsense. They know what you want before you figure it out yourself. You sit down, blink twice, and suddenly your whole table is covered. Mamash hashgacha pratis.

Inside, it can get a little chilly—bring a jacket unless you’re the type who claims “I’m not cold” while visibly shivering. But honestly, between the sizzling grill and the huge plates, you won’t be thinking about the temperature for long.

Bottom line:
If you want delicious, fresh, Israeli-style food that actually fills you up, Yesh Hummus is the place.
Just don’t pretend you’ll have leftover room. We all know you won’t.

First, I don’t have a car, that’s why I ordered Uber eats!!! Second, I don’t want your nasty food after you try to pass off AN ENGLISH MUFFIN as my BUTTERMILK BISCUITS AND GRAVY! “The place ws immaculate with white table cloth tables, and they have a bar area. Drinks were really good. Staff were friendly and very entertaining. Food was very tasty. Service was excellent. Food was served within 30 mins. I had a lump, broiled crabcake with fries and a Tropical Sangria, which was served with fruit slices in it. They have a lounge area, a dinner area and a carryout place next door. They get 5 stars.”

“We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery. Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately. We were told that deliveries on Wednesday don’t go out until 2pm. Nobody made us aware of this and 8 months ago we had no issues with an 11am delivery time. The order came with coffee and the time on it was 9:30, had the order come on time the coffee would have been the proper temperature. The order didn’t leave Baltimore until after 12, so the coffee was lukewarm. By the time we got home from my father in law’s funeral the food was here and set up thanks to a great friend helping. My advice is, if you use this establishment for catering CALL to confirm. The presentation of the food was great and the food delicious. Very frustrating not to have gotten an apology when we had written confirmation of 11am delivery time.”

“Restaurant is clean. Four booths, one table and a couple of chairs at the sushi bar. They do NOT take reservations. Nota BYOB. They do have an Adult Beverage menu. Just ask for it.

“my husband and I got one of the mama leahs specials yesterday and, im so serious when i say this, it was sooo good. I've been waiting for our restaurants here to make more varied menu choices and I was so excited to see the choices. Took me a bit to decide but I settled on the Blackened salmon with lemon butter noodles. I have had lemon butter noodles in lots of cities not just baltimore and i always imagine them to be creamy and buttery and they never r! you could taste the fresh lemon and creamy butter in every bite! I was in heaven. And i havent been liking how anyone, including myself, make salmon lately. Always too fishy, but this one wasn't at all and left me wanting more! and trust me there was a ton!”
