Disappointing as hell. They lady at the drive through during the week in the morning is ignorant and rude as hell, acts like she's annoyed if you ask for anything even though I always ask for it when I order and she just forgot to give it. I just went this morning and they got my order wrong 3 times and acted like it was my fault . No apologies just attitude and stupidity. The food is to expensive at these places to get shitty services too

Now I went to a happy meal, I paid, and then when I picked up the food, the manager named Francis gave me the food and when she gave me the drink, it was not properly covered and the soda fell on my pants. I asked her to please change the cup and all she did was put another lid on it and gave me the same cup again with a little more than half of the drink. At no time did she apologize or offer me a new drink, much less give me some napkins to dry my pants a little.

A bunch of kids with no home training destroy the place after school.

Service, accuracy, and speed of service are all great. However, if you come here when the school is on lunch it's as loud as a cafeteria, and forget eating in peace when school lets out. The school kids there in the afternoon are very loud and obnoxious, so just eat in your vehicle.

My friend group was there, so the vibe was chill until it was ruined because the tap water in the bathroom wasn't functional. And they pay you to get water. Even if I was really thirsty, I couldn't drink the tap water.

Service was horrendously terrible. The faucets in the bathroom are nonfunctional, and they messed up our order. They charged us too for something we actually ordered. Free refills are nonexistent, and they charge you money too for water

They need to take more time in getting orders correct. Ordered Double QP given a single in a Double QP box. What happened to filling the fry box all the way you get half the fries for full price pretty sad people have such bad work ethic. It would be nice if you had the people working drive thru to be able to speak and understand English better
