I came on a Saturday evening, the place was almost empty. I ordered a big Mac sandwich and got a crappy version of a big Mac. The Big mac was Very small and tasteless. What a disappointment. I don't understand what's happening with the food here. They are charging more for the food and they are shortchangeing the sandwich sizes.this is really bad

Now I went to a happy meal, I paid, and then when I picked up the food, the manager named Francis gave me the food and when she gave me the drink, it was not properly covered and the soda fell on my pants. I asked her to please change the cup and all she did was put another lid on it and gave me the same cup again with a little more than half of the drink. At no time did she apologize or offer me a new drink, much less give me some napkins to dry my pants a little.

Service, accuracy, and speed of service are all great. However, if you come here when the school is on lunch it's as loud as a cafeteria, and forget eating in peace when school lets out. The school kids there in the afternoon are very loud and obnoxious, so just eat in your vehicle.

My friend group was there, so the vibe was chill until it was ruined because the tap water in the bathroom wasn't functional. And they pay you to get water. Even if I was really thirsty, I couldn't drink the tap water.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles, a quarter pounder with cheese medium fry.When I got have the fries, it was 6 miles back to the store.And wasn't gonna do that, but maybe you should hire.People who can read english to fill the orders properly

They need to take more time in getting orders correct. Ordered Double QP given a single in a Double QP box. What happened to filling the fry box all the way you get half the fries for full price pretty sad people have such bad work ethic. It would be nice if you had the people working drive thru to be able to speak and understand English better

You really have to go out of your way to come across this Poolesville McDonald's restaurant. I went out of my way to visit since I needed a restroom and I knew they'd have one here. I also got a medium Egg McMuffin meal with a large Sweet Iced Tea ($7.89 before tax). This is way too much to be charge people for an Egg McMuffin meal. A more reasonable price would be $5 and some change. Inflation in the U.S. and the amount fast food restaurants have raised their prices is sickening.
