About Campfire Kitchen

Campfire Kitchen offers a buffet-style dining experience with a variety of food options. Upon entering, guests can find eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage on the left, while a meat carving station featuring well-seasoned flank steak with au jus is located in the middle. The buffet also includes a waffle station, omelet station, pizza, macaroni and cheese, salad, prime rib, pastas, desserts, and fresh fruit. The restaurant is noted for its cleanliness and well-organized setup.

The staff, particularly Chef James Summers, receives praise for their helpfulness and hospitality, making guests feel at home. However, some reviews mention that the restaurant's hours can be inconsistent, only opening on busy nights at the lodge. Additionally, there are complaints about the Pepsi fast fill machines, which limit soda refills and have been described as frustrating. While the pricing is slightly higher than other restaurants, the food quality remains satisfactory, though desserts can run out quickly. Overall, Campfire Kitchen provides a pleasant dining experience with a good variety of food, enhanced by friendly staff.

The food is buffet style. From left to right when entering the restaurant, eggs, potatos, bacon, and sausage. In the middle was a meat carving station. Today's meat, was well seasoned flank steak with au jus. It was well seasoned and very delicious! The buffet also had many of the other foods you would expect. Waffle station and omelet station. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The restaurant was extremely clean and set up well. The servers were helpful and ready to answer any questions....read full review
This is a simple option for dining but it was over priced and the food wasn’t even that good.

There were not clear instructions with the beverages. The water was not marked either.

Food was overall bland, and for a “buffet” there really are not many options. For nearly $20 my kid ate chicken nuggets and French fries.

If you want convenience, go here. But don’t expect much.
Hello! The Chef by the name of James Summers made my family omelettes from scratch to perfection. I admire his hospitality and sense of humor. He really made both of my mornings very pleasant with his company. The other staff were polite as well but James made it feel like home.
