Unprofessional - Rude lady closed the counter in the middle and kept temporarily sold out. How come on a busy high way they sold out so soon.KFC is very bad at this location

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a 2buns, a dab of lettuce, maybe 1 ounce of spicy mayo, and 2 cold chicken tenders. I have had Kfcs chicken sandwich before at other locations and they have never given me 2 cold chicken tenders and called it a “sandwich”.
