They need to switch to regular toasting equipment for the bakeries instead of fast owen/microwave. Bagels turn into something hard plastic if you wait little.

You will be waiting a long time for some coffee. The cashiers are very condescending and dont even know what a drink you ask for is. This location is not to the standard of a Peet’s coffee.

I hope the owner of this place read this review. This place needs a good vibe. Customer service is very low. The old lady should be changed. She has no experience in customer service. I wanted to order drinks but turned around as soon as she started talking. ? I hope next time when I travel through i-95. I will see different staff. ?no wonder this location doesn't make any money. People in this location are killing the business. I feel sorry for the owner..I highly suggest travelers to keep going to the next stop, otherwise you will waste your time. ✌️?‍♂️

I am in front of the shop, they stopped serving food at 7:50pm. They said they can only serve drinks. They will only serve hot food, and they closed the machine. I asked what time they close the shop, they usually stop serving food at 8pm and 8:30pm they close the shop. Today they decided not to serve food early!!Ridiculous service. All I wanted a plain croissant for my daughter.

I ask for a caramel frappe and the girl just told me with an attitude she is not making frappe because she alone! And there was no one in line. If she didn’t wanted to work don’t work a treat customers with attitude.

I've never made a review before but the cashier was too rude not to say something. I understand being busy and stressed out by yourself but no need to take it out on customers who have been waiting for 30 minutes to get a coffee. Girl, if you don't like working there and want to give attitude to every customer maybe get a new job? The other cashier left to go to the bathroom and get coffee sleeves leaving the rude girl by herself during a rush. She didn't want to make certain drinks and rolled her eyes while making the drinks she did agree to make. Too bad our coffee tasted awful too, save yourself the 30minute wait!

I don't understand why they even call themselves a Peet's, they don't have half the menu items, they don't take peet's cards or the app. The old woman running the place told me they don't even use peet's coffee they use the same sludge the convenience store does.Why is this even a Peet's?
