Saturday 11/22/24 update: raw fries again. I'm done giving them chances. No more five guys for this house. It's a shame. Thursday night I would've given them a 5 star for food, today (Saturday at lunch time), I'd give them a zero. Both times ordered through GrubHub. Today the fries are nearly raw, they're so under cooked and the burger is just meh.

This place is the best Five Guys I've ever been in. Iris and all other staff are always nice and kind to their customers. I've got great moods and energy every time, whether I dined in or picked up. They are not only serving delicious foods, but they are also serving happy energy to customers. Can't wait for the next visit.

This place is literally the cleanest restaurant i have ever seen. I’m not even sure how they get it so sparkling clean. Very friendly service as well. It’s obvious that a lot of care is put into this place!

Good fast service. Enough parking space in the lot. Not busy on a Wednesday
I remember when they just had that small storefront in Arlington. Best fast food burgers around. Fries send them over the top. When you go there suggest you ask them not to press the burgers down on the grill when cooking. Squashing the burgers down Cooks the meat faster but turns them into hockey pucks. That is my only complaint. They only really started smashing the burgers down after their expansion and no longer had one of the brothers doing quality control.
