We came for a birthday celebration and dinner. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waitress. Was very nice and friendly. My Lady received. A birthday cake that she really enjoyed. Thank we have always been grateful for this warm and generous establishment.

Perfect way to say goodbye 2025 and hello 2026! My husband and I both loved the Bronzino. Cooked to perfection. Being New Years Eve we were impressed with everything from the service to the quality of the food .... Pipping hot which is a big plus. We ended the night with cheesecake and lemon layered cake. Looking forward to going back soon. Happy New Year!

The servers at this establishment are very attentive. From arrival until we left it was never difficult to get a host for assistance. Also 8 times out of 10 they are already on the way to your table before you ask or they have proactively gotten what you need. I love lemonade. I swear the moment my cup was empty, I would turn and they were already on the way with a new cup. The food was amazing, it arrived quickly but you know it was still made to order and fresh. Just an all around good experience.

The service is excellent. Most of the food was good. However, I would not recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo or the available chicken to add on. The Alfredo sauce seems to be completely lacking any parmesan and the chicken has been beat with a mouth so thinly that it is extremely dry and overcooked. The portion size of the chicken is only about 5 oz not worth the upcharge. This is not the worst Alfredo I've ever had but nowhere close to the best.

Gregorio's in Cabin John is like going to Cheers with very good homestyle Italian Food, and people you know. The owners walk around greeting everyone and they remember you. It like a joint from back home in NJ.
