The servers at this establishment are very attentive. From arrival until we left it was never difficult to get a host for assistance. Also 8 times out of 10 they are already on the way to your table before you ask or they have proactively gotten what you need. I love lemonade. I swear the moment my cup was empty, I would turn and they were already on the way with a new cup. The food was amazing, it arrived quickly but you know it was still made to order and fresh. Just an all around good experience.

The service is excellent. Most of the food was good. However, I would not recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo or the available chicken to add on. The Alfredo sauce seems to be completely lacking any parmesan and the chicken has been beat with a mouth so thinly that it is extremely dry and overcooked. The portion size of the chicken is only about 5 oz not worth the upcharge. This is not the worst Alfredo I've ever had but nowhere close to the best.

Gregorio's in Cabin John is like going to Cheers with very good homestyle Italian Food, and people you know. The owners walk around greeting everyone and they remember you. It like a joint from back home in NJ.

You need to come here. I have never been to a restaurant that makes you feel so welcome and like you are at someone’s fancy house for a dinner party. The food is amazing (highly recommend the vodka penne) and the staff is amazing. From welcoming you in the door to thanking you at your table before you leave, it is a beautiful experience. These people make my day every time I come and the food is banging. Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time!
