Greet bagels (could have been toasted a tad bit more…). Good staff.
When they first open it was great! The bagels were soft & fluffy! I would get breakfast almost once a week. Recently the bagels have NOT been soft. They have been overly toasted and darker than normal. I always ask for light toast and it would come out a nice golden color. Today they gave me a burnt bagel.
