I was very disappointed by service at this location. I paid for an item that I was later told they don’t have it after the rest of the food came. I gave a generous tip, but had to go to the server multiple times to ask for box, for a muffin that I paid for but was never provided. I didn’t not receive a to go box, and the server wasn’t happy that I asked her to provide me with a different item since the item I ordered wasn’t available at that time. I am not sure what I am missing, but it is wrong to ask for tips at checkout and once tips are received, no need to provide any service as it doesn’t matter anymore.

This place is terrible. Go in for a Turkey club. It took almost an hour for the supervisor comes out becomes I’m staring at the kitchen because it’s taking forever and he comes out and says they dropped it on the floor and the kitchen is making another Turkey Club!

Nasty greasy pizza. My $9.99 order showed up with a suggested 20% tip of $3.11. When I pointed it out to the cashier, he called me a jackass behind my back. Avoid like the plague.
