Great place for burgers, fries, and shakes! One of the few places with a gluten-free bun that isn't horribly dry. Service is quick and the place is clean. The app can be glitchy so we usually place our order at one of the kiosks inside the store.
I was annoyed that we went to the counter 5 or 6 times while waiting pretty patiently for a pickup order. They never put our order out and never called out a name so it sat 15 minutes on some hidden shelf. There was never anyone behind the counter to ask for our order and apparently no one noticed me and my daughter go up to the counter those 5 or 6 times. A worker eventually asked us our order number and went and pulled it off the shelf. If the pickup orders are going to be hidden...

the first thing is that the food was great (perfect shake shack food).
- it was made quickly and accurately
- it was consistent with every other order we've ever had
