I come here a lot to do some reading and work, and the new renovation looks nice but feels off. There isn’t as many outlets available so I need to look out for the three seats that come with outlets. No more mini library basket they used to have with books that came from donations.They started giving you refills on some coffee and teas and use dine-in mugs but it feels more like a bribe than actual improved customer service. Their new policy of trying to connect with customers actually makes me want to run away. Greetings are super impersonal and automatic. Everyone feels more like robots. You go to this Starbucks - you get to use the bathroom, sit, but not able to ask for water. Another one, you can’t use the bathroom or get water. And some they don’t care and you can use the bathroom and get water with no one hawking at you to ask if you paid for a drink. I might as well pay for water and bathroom with cash just to get the same consistently. No one actually cares about homeless people causing safety concerns; just a ruse to keep profits by Starbucks.

The service is slow and the place smells like mildew. Should definitely be managed by a more attentive crew. The manager says the smells could be coming from the sink or oven. Oh boy.
I love this Starbucks! The people working are always very kind, the drinks are always on time, and they are always of a great quality! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting, and it is great for both take-out and sitting inside, with wifi, plenty of seats, and a cozy atmosphere. There are also loads of stores to visit, and I highly recommend coming here for coffee!
This location was over staff and one register open. Waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee and lemon pound cake. This location charges tip automatically when it should give the option when paying👎.I was at a different location hours before and it gives you the option of the percentage to tip.

This Starbucks is Amazing! Workers are so kind, and quality of drinks are so consistent! if I need something reheated or remade, workers do it without a doubt ! Definitely Recommend.
Everything this great about this place - but the consistency of drinks at this Starbucks. The location, nestled in the middle of Potomac Village and sitting in a large courtyard, provides ample space. The service is what you'd expect from Starbucks, however, the consistency of drinks simply isn't there. Perhaps because not only is there no Starbucks around for miles (I know - that's shocking), but there isn't any other coffee/meeting place around either. So, this place is busy - we all have nowhere else to go. It has a captive market so perhaps that's why the drinks are up and Down. Please note - the drinks aren't always bad, but the % of times l've had a bad drink here is much higher than any other Starbucks I've been too.

Incredible service! My usual drink order was different due to a dietary preference, and the barista taking my order talked through his suggestions and was very understanding as I took time to order. The drink I landed on took a bit more time to come out due to a miscommunication, but each barista behind the counter was so apologetic and remedied the situation so quickly. Appreciate the care and hard work!

OK, training is required. Two days in a row with different baristas. Ordered unsweetened green tea. Tea was made without adding water. I requested that it be remade correctly. Barista just dumped some tea out and added water. I asked if it was made correctly and he replied it was. It wasn't, still too strong. The second time did not ask for a remake - the barista paid no attention to the lines on the mixing flask - just dumped tea in and added a little water.
