I had the French toast and scrapple. The scrapple portion was small so I ordered a side of bacon. Note to self always choose bacon. But back to the French toast; it was yummy with decadent drops of delicious in the form of cinnamon sprinkled on top that melted perfectly with the more than ample serving of butter! My dude felt like the butter was too much and opted to leave it on the plate. My little sister got pizza with pineapples because it is yummy...and it was. Now my uncle...
Food is the best in Potomac but man! It's so expensive we understand that we are Potomac, :) but yeah, it's just not fair. When you gotta give thirty dollars for bacon and eggs:(
This is where we eat after we boat the section of the Potomac’s near Violettes Lock. It’s kind of a hole in the wall. The food can be so-so. The wait staff is always kind. Plenty of food for starving, thirsty kayakers. In particular, I love their onion rings. The chicken souvlaki is usually good. Every person I know who’s gotten a pizza loves it.
