Quickly received our food just like we ordered. Food and service was great. However, they need to keep the place a little cleaner.

This Chipotle Mexican Grill location has had mixed experiences. While the food was fresh and service professional initially, recent visits have shown a decline in quality, with undercooked rice affecting the meals. However, the Potomac River Rd branch is praised for consistently fresh and delicious food, with a manager named Paola providing great service. A standout experience was when David went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service by offering a better salad dressing option.
