I got the scallops which were delicious. My husband got the rockfish and my son the salmon. Everything was very good. At 6pm on Friday it was already packed but they were able to get us a table without a reservation. Looking forward to going back again.

We went for happy hour, the drunken oyster phenomenal, the cream of crab soup delicious, the fries were great, the wings were meh & the other two oysters on the trio platter were alright, we sat at the bar Kyle took great care of us we even tried his Kyle cosmo 10/10

I live in the neighborhood. The crab cakes are great!! I would go more often, but unfortunately, the wine list is uninspiring, typically featuring J Lohr, Kim Crawford, and La Crema, which are mass-produced and usually found in grocery stores and chain restaurants.

When we arrived a bit after 5pm on a Friday, the outdoor seating and the bar were full. The dining area was mostly empty but filled up quick. We ordered the oyster trio, crab hush puppies, seared sea scallops with lobster and kale risotto, and a soft shell crab bowl. While I understand that happy hour specials are for the bar, given how small the bar is in relation to the rest of the seating area, I'm not sure why diners aren't offered the same specials. King Street Oyster Bar has a similar set up and they don't make you sit at the bar to order happy hour specials. The highlight of the meal was the appetizers. The hush puppies are delicious and the oyster trio was phenomenal. The servers and staff are all friendly and the mains came out quick once we ordered. With that said, the kale risotto was bland and I'm not sure that kale should be in risotto now that I've eaten it. It gave it a strong, yet still bland, flavor. It took far too long to seat us when we arrived. We were standing beside the doorway for at least 5 minutes before someone came to offer us a seat. Given that there is no host stand and the cramped and busy nature of the entryway, one would think that someone would be on watch. About six staff were around us at all times going in and out busy serving tables or standing behind the bar focused on their patrons. Table service was decent but you could tell that if you were a regular, you'd be good to go. I get that, but not when the place is filled up. At one point a server gave every table water and then walked by me, made eye contact with me, and left me with my empty glass. I eventually had my glass filled when she came back to get our mains ordered. We ordered apps first and were already finished with one and waited a bit for the other to arrive (crab hush puppies) after ordering our mains. I recommend the appetizers but can't recommend the entrees that we ordered. The soft shelled crab was good but underwhelming compared to the appetizers. One last thought, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bread). The oyster trio would benefit from bread to mop up all the deliciousness.

The food and service are great. Most dishes were excellent, and the staff was very attentive. The only minor issue was that the scallop had a little bit of sand, but overall a good experience!

I guess this is the best restaurant I visited since some time, from super hospitality, great food suggestions to the freshest ingredients you can imagine, very delicious and portions are very good, sorry for the empty plates photos 😜, couldn't stop the family from finishing them so quickly.

Such an excellent experience. First timer here and I brought my mom and dad here today for my mom’s bday lunch. Very sweet server, Sydney. All the foood was delicious. Some of the oysters were really tiny even in the big oyster shells. Delicious and will be back during happy hour because it’s more affordable. The brussel sprouts were also delicious.

Food wise we order the mussels, grilled oysters and trout. The mussels was a disappointment. It used be so good and flavorful from the sauce to where u want to just drink it all up. Today it wasn’t same. All other food was good.

Atmosphere is filled with flies. Constantly whipping back forth to get rid of them. Need some thing to get rid of the pestering flies.

Service is 5. Pleasant and courteous.

This is not our first time. But it will be our last time. Hopefully they will improve or go back to good remember full days.

Fast service, we went there for oysters and ended up ordering 2 dozen.

If I'm going to drop $200 on a meal, don't sit me next to an infant.

It was a mistake from the moment we walked in - from the food, the service and the bugs on the wall.

My family and I walked in, no one said a word to us. The bar tender made eye contact and went about her business. After 10 minutes someone finally came to tell us to wait. (The only reason I stayed was for my son who really wanted to eat there.)

I ordered the scallops - I am not joking, I got a pile or boxed risotto with 3 scallops for over $30. And it was horrible.

The service was awful. The food was awful. The people are not kind or welcoming. I do not recommend and would never go back. Almost $300 for 4 adults and a child. I feel financially taken advantage of. Go elsewhere. I wish I did.
