Just tried calling the store to get in touch with the staff, no one answered even though it was completely empty inside when I picked up a to go order for my fiance this morning. He ordered 2 breakfast sliders and the buns were completely raw on the inside. Ordered two Natalie’s OJ’s and the first one was turned.

As someone born and raised in the Philly area, I’ve had my fair share of pretzels. And the pretzels here are about 1/3 of the size of your typical Philly pretzel, which are gigantic - you rip them apart and share with friends. This one wasn’t even big enough for me. Not to mention the cheese dip was cold and hard.

First off, the pretzels are top notch — and I’ve eaten a lot of pretzels. Second, the manager/owner is excellent. We’ve ordered from here for a few parties and most recently, the shop ran out of items in advance of filling our order, but they quickly arranged for a delivery in time for the party so we didn’t have to drive back. Super appreciated and awesome customer service!

This bakery has great pretzels and solid customer service every time. I’ve tried the original and the cinnamon-glazed—and they are soft, chewy, and flavorful. The pretzels are smaller than the typical ones you might find, which I personally prefer. They’re also transparent about their ingredients and allergens, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a good pretzel with no surprises.

Hebrew national pretzel dog was amazing. I’m so happy to have that to hear. Five guys discontinued serving Hebrew national dogs so now I can get a great dog nearby. The Nutella hot chocolate amazing what took someone so long to think of that. Great job pretzel bakery.

My family makes pretzels on the holidays and I am so excited that we found the Pretzel Bakery as they have perfected the crispy outside and warm chewy inside that I wait months to enjoy every year. You all just earned another regular.

Cinnamon glaze pretzel is incredible — very filling. I don’t know any other places around where you can get a pretzel like that because it isn’t cinnamon sugar, it’s a true glaze. Can’t wait to go back and try something else next time!

The sliders were perfect. The slider with Nutella was amazing. Not too sweet and perfect balance. The fly chai was the best. Had a hint of cinnamon. The owner even gave my kids the the pretzel dough to have some fun all together. Great experience!
