Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is by far the worst Popeyes that exist. They never have spicy chicken, it’s always pull forward to the gate were you have to wait up to 40 minutes, happened twice in two weeks now. And out of the last 4 visits always had something wrong or missing. The food is good but the most crewed up management of the business I’ve ever seen exist.

So I went to Popeyes right and then I went inside they didn’t know which order they give to who they want to give anyone the right food. They kept looking at her face and they couldn’t even figure out who food was who so I’m trying to figure out why is Popeyes still in business if they can’t even do simple stuff.

I ordered online knowing they are slow, and was extremely disappointed when I showed up about 20 minutes after the order to be told I had to wait. I waited about 10 minutes, witnessing all members eat food straight off the counter, including the cook, and fail to remember what they were doing. One out of the 5 crew was wearing gloves. Extremely disappointed, and was met with an addititude when I asked for more sauce. Disgusted and surprised this place even has any good reviews.

Manager or worker working already had a attitude due to disagreement with another customer who was parked for their meal and never received it. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 4 wings included in the 12 piece and lets just say the whole order was a mess. I only received 2 wings followed by 0 biscuits on my family order. I stay 20 minutes away and didn't know until I got home. When I called to let them know not only did the worker or manager on duty know she didn't pack my wing but she tried to stand me down on my biscuits being in my bag like I was lying! She was very impatient and annoyed. Im sick of going to this Popeyes and my family order is NEVER right. Enough is enough....

Painfully slow drive thru. Almost drive away. No apology, just seemed like the way they roll.

My daughter and I stopped by last night and the chicken was wonderful and so was the service... The guys were on it......Excellent....

Good and fresh food.

I got the shrimp and chicken, with mac and cheese, biscuit, 2 extra sides coleslaw and red beans and rice, a strawberry pie, strawberry tea, the woman at the drive thru was very nice and polite, got my mobile order, on the way home I started to eat the chicken was cold and was not fresh, the mac and cheese was real bad, the red beans and rice, the beans were so overcooked the beans were mush. I hv bn going to this Popeyes for years and the last couple times it's just not as good, it's not fresh, not hot, it used to be really good, I love southern cooking so I like Popeyes, and that meal was not what I'm used to from Popeyes.

Can yall chill with the amount of mayonnaise that’s on the chicken sandwiches. A regular amount is fine not the whole jar
