Beds are hard and the lighting in the rooms are subpar, but the atmosphere is great for a small town.
The Richard Henson Center offers a no-frills experience, with outdated rooms and temperature control. However, the staff, comprised of friendly students, provide excellent customer service. The center hosts events, including the UNA Annual Dinner, which features delicious food and awards ceremonies. Visitors can enjoy a continental breakfast and comfortable beds. While not luxurious, the center is clean and safe, located on a university campus. It's a suitable option for a short stay, with nearby shopping malls and the marina in Crisfield, MD, within a 20-mile radius.
