The food @ this location is always great. The service however l, is not. Whether ordering in drive thru or dining in the wait is ridiculous. I cannot recall a time that I have not waiting 10+ minutes for my food after ordering. This occurs with or without other customers waiting.
I asked the cashier if I could get a fresh cooked 24 hot wings I told her I’m willing to wait 15 minutes for it
She said she could do it
so while I wait, I had three piece chicken, which was pretty good
But When I received my hot wing , half was really hot that I couldn’t even eat right away but the other half was just a lukewarm
I don’t know why she mixed the old one with a new batch. I waited 20 minutes to receive all fresh hot wings

Here is my problem with this Popeyes. The food is always good but they are always out of something. Today they literally said we have no white meat today. It's Popeyes how can't you have white meat chicken. Is management that poor at this location or is the the Popeyes franchise itself which is poor.
