The food is DELICIOUS, and the servers are friendly and attentive. But, the wait for food is long, like 1 hour for wings and salad. I've been here twice, and both times, the wait for my food was over 45 minutes. If you can go when there's no crowd you'll have a great experience. Steer clear of weekends unless you're not hungry.
I really like this place the atmosphere, but my last visit no so much to more than 45 min to bring out our food( 3 people) even though there may have been 3 other customers. Well needless to say, we were on lunch, so we had to pack and leave. I get my maple jersey wings home to more feathers than chicken, and the chicken wasn't good at all. I won't give up, but I will say be more diligent in your service and food prep.
They have thai chili whole wings that were so good the vibe is more grown than younger adults which I loved. The music was good but very loud and the staff was very attentive and
friendly. However, the wait time for the food was too long, especially during busy times. The maple jersey wings had more feathers than chicken, and the quality was not satisfying. The atmosphere is great for adults, with good music but it can get loud. Overall, Grind and Wine Cafe offers delicious food with attentive service, but be prepared for possible delays during peak hours.
