I don’t ever write reviews, especially negative reviews but this establishment and it’s terrible service, or lack there of, has ticked me off. I will NEVER come to this place again. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for 1 drink! It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were seated at the table. Cool atmosphere, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! Still haven’t received our meal and at this point we’re paying for the ONE drink and leaving!

It took 20 minutes after the Bartender to acknowledge me before she took my drink order, after another 15-20 minutes I received a fruity drink that wasn't fruity! the menu & what they had wasn't in agreement. So ended up with wings that was dry & not saucy, and Ranch dressing, although I ordered blue cheese. The karaoke was nice.

The food is DELICIOUS, and the servers are friendly and attentive. But, the wait for food is long, like 1 hour for wings and salad. I've been here twice, and both times, the wait for my food was over 45 minutes. If you can go when there's no crowd you'll have a great experience. Steer clear of weekends unless you're not hungry.

It's not a really big place, and 2 Bday Party was going on way too crowded to enjoy yourself cause you couldn't move around. Don't go hungry or looking to get lit, cause you will starve and be sober all night. It took 2 hours to get my drink($13 Hennessey)and another half hour together my food (wings $15 for 6 or 8 party wings and $5 bowl of watermelon) I ordered it all at the same time. So the service sucked. I'm going to visit again on a regular day without parties.

I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN UNLESS IT IS ALL YOU CAN EAT BRUNCH. I try to be fair when it comes to reviews. My daughter had a birthday brunch May 2022 and the food was great, service was great, and it was all you can eat. So, of course we were going to come back. A few months ago we went to Thursday Happy Hour and the service was lack thereof and took forever to get cold food. Okay. I said lets try again. July 23, 2023 we went to Brunch and it was still the same. I understand being understaffed, however, we weren't given menus upon being seated. We had to wait 13 minutes before even being acknowledge and given our menus by another server. We waited and waited than our server came to ask if we were ready. No ma'am. We just received our menus. Needless to say, it took over an hour for me to get my cocktail and my partner never received her drink. We just asked for our check for the one drink and left. When I asked for the check, the server stated your food is being prepped. How? There were two tables before us that hadn't received food and just received their drinks. There was no apology at all. This isn't a way to run a business. If you are short staff, state that upon arrival and hand menus so when the server does arrive you patrons can be ready to order. Unable to rate food for we didn't get any.

I was there a few days before July 4, and there was a special paper menu for that time that said pay cash get a 10% discount. I paid cash and did not receive my discount. I notified the waitress and she said she would talk to the manager. She spoke with the owner and then came back and said because the tab was closed I could not get my 10% back. What kind of MESS is that. This was the owner and she could not make good on something that was on her menu!!! She could not correct something her waitress should have done in the 1st place!!! Situations like this makes it difficult to support!!! Very Poor Service!!!!

I really like this place the atmosphere, but my last visit no so much to more than 45 min to bring out our food( 3 people) even though there may have been 3 other customers. Well needless to say, we were on lunch, so we had to pack and leave. I get my maple jersey wings home to more feathers than chicken, and the chicken wasn't good at all. I won't give up, but I will say be more diligent in your service and food prep.

On Thursday, June 9, 2023 the establishment posted on their social media pages they had 2 for 1 drinks from 5pm-8pm.I had to send one drink back and replace with another. In total my table had 5 drinks and were charged for all 5. We were told 2for 1 special were for shots only even though pictures on the social media page had pictures of all types of drinks and wine. I told the waitress the drink I sent back was still on the receipt. She said it’s because they replaced it with the other. I pointed out the drink I was charged for cost more and she giggles and says you want a dollar back? I replied yes I did want my dollar.The food was pretty good but when I tried to order cream of crab soup I was told they didn’t have any crab so we couldn’t order any food with crab in it. Limiting my options as I couldn’t order the appetizer or entree I initially had it mind. I’m not faulting them for no crab that day. The business should be up front about their specials and if they’re out of a main ingredient before seating.Parking: Great parking

Came here two times with a friend for the taco Tuesday special. First time I came, the ambiance was great. Drinks were good and came right away but food took forever. Second time I came, waited forever again for the tacos just for it to be cold. Took it back. Paid for the drinks and left to go somewhere else for happy hour. Won’t be returning.

I had an amazing time on Saturday at Grind and Wine. It was my first time but it will not be my last. Everything we ordered was delicious. The live music was superb. The environment was perfect. I felt blessed to be in the atmosphere. I can’t to wait to come back for breakfast with the kids and for another date night with hubby. I really want to encourage everyone to stop on by and have an amazing time.Parking: Great parking

Arrived at Grind and Wine Cafe to meet up with an old friend. My friend was very late but didn't even mind since I had so much fun hanging out at the bar with the staff and other cool people. Ordered a red/white mixed sangria and one of the flatbreads - food was big portions and the drinks are great! Atmosphere was really nice and chill, and they even have karaoke night and trivia night. Loved the vibes here. I don't live nearby but I would definitely come again!

We had the fish tonight and it was delicious! Seasoned to perfection. The collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad were just a good. Wait time was normal (made to order) and the staff was very friendly. Will be back soon!
