Probably the worst burrito I've ever had. Literally regret taking a bite. Place was opened late and the menu was so versatile....will not be ordering from here again.

To rate this experience I had to put a star. I wouldn't give it a star. I placed my order via their iPad app and they used ordersnapp to take payment. Well, ordersnapp was not able to communicate with this merchant. I called ordersnapp and they informed me that I had to contact the merchant prior to my refund and they were taking notes on the call and had to contact them as well. How frustrating and unhappy am I that always passing the buck. Take ownership and help a customer I called on 5 occasions and no one answered the phone. The establishment was open according to their hours listed. Not a happy "customer" needless to say no services were rendered and still waiting for my refund.

Very good pizza! I love the spicy marinara they use! They should give people the option of the spicy sauce before just throwing it in, but good nonetheless.

The food is good but not good enough for a 3rd chancw...first time I ordered my food was late because whoever took my order put the wrong address and then my food was cold....This time so far my food is a little over 30 minutes late and I'm really not interested in hearing any excuses from them

The service is horrible!! They were about to close, and I asked what their specials were because we didn't have a menu. They said "what do you mean"? "We are about to close and your asking for specials"? Then said, "Just tell me your order", in a rude tone. I said "you just lost business because of your nasty attitude" and hung up. I was done. The food is not good enough to excuse the horrible service.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. 1st of all my delivery order was late and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and nasty when I called to get an ETA and he hung up on me when I was in mid-sentence. When my order arrived it was missing my cheesecake and the food was like warm. Our spaghetti was watery, the noodles were soggy and the meat balls were so tiny and they were cut in half. I specifically asked for extra sauce and there was not a lot of sauce (it was mostly water). Then when I called my driver to tell him my cheesecake was missing he told me to call the store---when I called the store he asked me if I had called the driver....long story short eat24 ended up helping me because they refused to bring it, even though the restaurant was fairly close to me. Here's my review in a nutshell: bad food+subpar service+long wait time. Don't waste your time, money, or appetite eating here. Seriously! Go ANYwhere else.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Ordered tonight and was given hair in my enchiladas, Called and talked to the rudest human being ever who I assume was an owner who did not believe me since I did not have an exact time of when the food was delivered, Being that I was at work and wanted me to dig the food out of the trash so they could see the hair. No thanks. Got my money back thanks to Grub hub. But wanted to warn any future customers to avoid this place at all costs!

This is the last time i will be ordering from this establishment. The food is fine, however the delivery drivers are sketchy. There were 2 people in the car, one person got out to bring me the food but stood there staring at me as if there were something else he wanted. As a female it made me very very uncomfortable.

It's so hard to find decent pizza in this area - I'm afraid the search continues. Ordered x-cheese with "very light sauce." Neither was paid attention to in my order. Also ordered 2 diet cokes, they brought me cokes. Driver didn't have change for a $20 and was going to go to the store to get change, after a 10 minute conversation with the guy in his car. Didn't want to wait, so spent another 10 minutes rummaging through pockets to get exact change. First and last time trying this place out. You know what they say about first impressions...

Not sure how this place seems to thrive. The food is horrible, and the service as well. Everything seems to be served with a free side of attitude. The phone service is rude, delivery guys are rude. If i had to vote a place most likely to spit in your food this would be the spot. They have seen there last dollar from me. Im sure this is going straight to the non recommended yelp post, but this is my honest opinion formed through my experiences with the listed establishment. Not just a rant or unwarranted bias. Call them and order something...go ahead! It'll be your mistake. I already made mine.
