This food hall is such a great concept but the communication needs so much work. over the last few years any time we've tried to order take out it's been a hassle to track down our food, figure out timing or if it's even in progress. We are getting increasingly frustrated with the poor management of the food hall. I have been here three times in the last week. The first visit I got Sonny’s and Sons chicken sandwich which was amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The spice was perfect with the ranch dressing on the side. I loved the picked on it and the fries also delicious. I also got Mr. Baked cupcakes. They are delicious, I tried sweet potato and vanilla. I was excited for this spot to open, especially with the variety of food options and drinks. I went the third day of opening. I understand there are kinks to workout, but for a foodhall of this magnitude, you would think they would of trained their staff. I arrived around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night to meet some friends.
