Great place for a bite! We tried to go somewhere on the water originally, but the wait time was ridiculous and it was not stroller friendly. Thankfully we found this gem and had a great meal. The staff was so welcoming and kind to our baby. The food was delicious! Really recommend the crab dip and pretzels. The drinks were really fairly priced, too.

We have had several delicious dining experiences at Blue Heron. The staff is amazing; courtesy and professional and competent. Our favorite server, Kyle, is extremely attentive and accommodating. The crab cakes are fresh and the steaks are excellent. Love the indoor and outdoor dining with a full lawn area to enjoy before or after dining. We appreciate the team at BHOH!

Wonderful food and service

Absolutely our favorite restaurant in Rock Hall. Great service and amazing food and drinks. It never disappoints !

Came on a busy Saturday night and sat at the bar. Great set of specials and we got the Buffalo oysters appetizer, quite delicious! Good beer selection. Pleasant wait staff. Definitely would go again, but next time will order the crab meat appetizer - it looks huge and amazing!!

Stopped in for lunch after the Sultana Down rigging Festival. Gorgeous Nov afternoon and was able to sit out on the deck. Enjoyed my Word is the Bird sandwich, messy but delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! Loved the music and the vibe. Headed back to CM tomorrow, but will return on our next visit. Crab tower was phenomenal and fresh.

Food was just ok for the prices. Nothing to write home about. It was also really packed and we had a table by the door. Not the most enjoyable experience, but it was decent.

My Fiance and I had dinner there yesterday (Wednesday). I was really surprised at the amount of people there on a Wednesday evening. The food was amazing. I had the twin lobster tails and my fiance had the Surf N Turf. We both shared the bangjn shrimp and baked oyster appetizer special. Definetly couldn't complain about the portion sizes. The service was just as amazing. Thank you Kyle for making it a great evening for celebrate our 2 year anniversary.

After dinner dockside at Waterman’s, we were looking for a bar to watch college football and came to the Blue Heron. It was nice as they have plastic windows that roll down once the sun goes down. With the inside heaters, it’s toasty while you still feel like you’re outside. Taylor took great care of us—she is lovely! Our Moscow Mules in copper mugs were perfectly made and icy cold. Our bill was well below what we would normally pay. We had a great time.
