We ordered a 45 lb.whole Lechon last Wednesday to celebrate passing our state survey with zero deficiencies at our two assisted living home in Potomac, MD, as well as a few staff birthdays, including our owner's.

We recently celebrated an incredible milestone, my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. And the centerpiece of our celebration was their lechon. It was, without a doubt, the highlight of the meal and an absolute crowd favorite! As a Filipino, serving authentic lechon was very important to me.
