Quality is not the best. Seen prices increased and least meat in the bao and smaller egg tarts. Cutting corners. Chinese lady behind the counter is rude and has an attitude. I can tell they want additional tips above the high prices. Keeps the tip jar right in front of you. Not sure what this place is still in busy while GW across the street has much cheaper prices. Hardly anyone goes in there.

Egg tart crust is very tough, was kept warm in the container, probably kept in there for a very long time thus the tough crust, not recommended

Yesterday, when I went to this bakery to buy bread, I saw an announcement in the store that if you buy five loaves, you will get one for free. I checked with the clerk before purchasing. But when I got home and looked at the receipt, I found that the sixth loaf of bread was still charged. Although the bread was delicious, I felt a little cheated because I miscalculated the money.

Staff at Asian Bakery Cafe are extremely rude. They assume that every customer is a thief trying to steal from the store, so they stare at you from the minute you enter the store and make sure you use their filthy trays. Please don't ruin your day there.

This is the last time we will order here in this store. Just now 8/5/24 6:15 pm well in their receipt says 8:31pm me, my husband and 3 children enter this store and start picking up some bread that we usually order until the lady in the cashier rudely says to my children “they cannot eat their food that they bought from 7/11 which are just chips, the reason my kids are in the store coz no parents will allow their kids to wait outside of the store while the parents buying something inside the store. I noticed that this lady in cashier has an attitude.

Wonton soup for 15 dollars barely a cup of broth and beef brisket that was all fat. Don’t recommend the dishes but recommend the pastry. Front lady was bitter. Not pleasent.

Classic Cantonese cafe, loved the egg tarts and hot dog buns.
Love their buns! Have tried roasted pork, red bean and custard. Also very much enjoyed their sticky rice with mung beans that are steamed, I think, banana leaves. So good eats for both vegetarians and meat lovers.

Asians style baked goods. The egg tarts are great.
Parking: Always hard to find parking and there is a dead end to the parking lot so this means you will have to turn around to get out. Not fun when you have to do that, especially if there are vehicles behind you in the same path.

I went to this bakery with high expectations due to the good reviews and photos. As soon as I entered, the vibe felt very off. There were no customers in the store and the whole place felt dirty and unkept. I still wanted to try the food so I got a red bean bun, a green tea moon cake, a red bean sticky rice thing (wrapped in banana leaves), and a wonton noodle soup. Customer service was okay. The bun and moon cake were pretty good, but the rice had no taste and the soup was sub par. I was also disappointed as the wontons were shrimp (which I can’t eat) and I didn’t expect that from the menu/pictures. Overall just disappointing :-/
