Marvelous people! Tasty food!
Staff was friendly, and the food was tasty.
Great food!.
5/5 stars! I had an amazing experience at Baja Fresh in King Farm Shopping Center, thanks to the incredible service from Dora!
From the moment I stepped up to the register, Dora greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for a great experience.
But that was just the beginning. Dora continued to impress with her exceptional service, bringing my food to me and checking in later to see if I needed anything else. When I mentioned I was taking my food to go, she even brought everything I needed to pack up my meal and salsa. I got the pick 2 fajitas with steak and shrimp, an extra side of carntas with a small chips and queso, which was very tasty and a nice sized portion. I'll definitely be eating the rest for lunch tomorrow!
Dora's attention to detail, kindness, and genuine smile made my visit truly enjoyable. Her exceptional service is a testament to her outstanding customer service skills.
If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Baja Fresh at King Farm Shopping Center. Ask for Dora, and I guarantee you'll receive top-notch service with a smile!
Love the food.
Excellent location, and these new $10 combos are amazing!
They stop taking orders 30 minutes before close. At that point they should say they close at 8:30 instead of 9.

After years of enjoying Baja Fresh I’m really disappointed by what has happened. Starting this year, the preparation has been changed at all stores, presumably due to cost cutting at the corporate level. What used to be really exceptionally fresh, tasty, grilled-to-order protein is now totally unappetizing. The chicken, fish, and steak now taste like boiled cardboard. The signature grilled flavor is totally absent. The salsas don’t taste the same as they used to - the taste of the salsa quality has been declining for years, predating the changes this year. We used to eat here on a weekly basis but will no longer return. We feel terrible for the local branch owner and all of the amazing staff working there whom we have come to know over the years. We did try calling the corporate office (866-452-4252) to share our opinion as long time customers but couldn’t even get through to a live human being. That just shows how little the management of the new “Kahala Brands” conglomerate cares about preserving its customer base of the original Baja Fresh. Such a shame. The Baja Fresh franchise used to be a truly exceptional alternative in this space.

This food was so ******* good! Worthy of a trip just to get some good Tex Mex food. I’m so happily surprised. The steak tacos were so good. And lots of salsa to choose from. Nice music and pleasant staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. It's a nice alternative to Chipotle and Qdoba if you're looking for something new for fast Tex Mex food. Price is ok since they give you chips and free choice of salsa along with your food. It's also super quick with nice service.

I am very sorry to leave this review but it is necessary. I went to eat today at Baja Fresh at this location, I ordered a mixed fajita and a salad for my wife, when we started eating my wife saw a worm walking through the salad, we complained to the cashier, and she told me that she would give me the money for the salad because that is where the animal was, not in the rest of the food. My anger turned to joy. Be careful, check your food.
