I have visited many stores for milk tea, and this is the worst place I have ever been. I ordered Japanese brown rice milk tea, and it was awful. The drink was watery, and no taste of the brown rice. Once you have a sip, you smell the brown rice first, and then it quickly transfers to the taste of water with milk poorly mixed. No taste of brown rice tea at all! However, I’m pleased to have three people spend almost 10 minutes making my tasteless, watery milk tea while there's no order before mine.

One of the best places to enjoy bubble tea is here in Rockville town centre . They are specialize in creating this delicious drink and offer a wide range of flavors and toppings for customers to choose from. As soon as I walked into the shop, I was greeted with a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. The creative balck and white decorations on the walls created a fun and energetic vibe. The staff behind the counter were friendly and eager to help me navigate the menu, which featured an extensive selection of bubble tea flavors, milk teas, and fruit teas. I got my favourite milk tea series of honey dew melon and vanilla . Both are very delicious and highly recommended from this place . Am sure am Gona visit often .

If we're in Rockville Town Center, we are almost sure to stop by BoBaPoP for bubble tea, not least of all because on our first-ever visit here, they were playing the Demon Slayer season 1 theme song. (What can I say, in this house, we are weebs who rock out to anime theme songs.) The menu is pretty comprehensive and has my favorite things (jasmine green milk tea, peach and strawberry and wintermelon) as well as a few that I don't see as often at other spots, along with great topping and customization options. Very straightforward kiosk touchscreen ordering process with limited seating inside but you can always enjoy your drink on one of the benches outside if you want to have it ASAP and there isn't seating available. It's adjoining the Kyo Matcha next door, sharing an entrance and a wifi network with them, so that could be a source of confusion if you walk in and go towards the matcha shop instead.I don't have a ton to say because I feel like I've been in the bubble tea game a long time but I will say this has become one of my favorite bubble tea spots since moving back to the area, I find I would rather hold out for BoBaPoP than go to one of the places closer to where I live because I do just really like their bubble tea a lot.

The service here is better than the one at kentland (the management was nice in giving credits for my past delivery orders but the kentland location refused to honor their promise to their previous loyal customer). Bobapop offer lots of customization options, especially great for people who try to avoid sugar and are lactose intolerant. Even sugar free drinks are good. I've spent at least $1k at Bobapop. The Atmosphere at the Rockville location though is not that good for studying but it's understandable because Rockville Town Center can be very busy and crowded sometimes

Great place to sit down and chat with friends.However, I think the prices are expensive for what you get. You pay .75c for one topping and drinks without toppings are around 6-8 dollars. Other places have a better value and better tasting teas like ding tea in ritchie center.

Good milk tea place in Rockville town center, but their prices are misleading. While the base price is around $5-6, toppings and lactose-free milk make it go up to $8+. I still find it incredulous that oat milk is $1.25 more.The flavor of the tea is good and their pearls are nice and soft, but the pricing is a little too expensive for the taste.
