Food was so delicious 😋 Frank was an awesome server. Music and setting was good. Can't wait to come back.
I've only had happy hours at Gyuzo and today was the first time I went for lunch. Justin provided exceptional service: couldn't ask for a better server.
Ordered their spicy miso seafood ramen and it was an utter disappointment. While the seafood was relatively fresh, texture of ramen noodle was not that of an authentic Japanese ramen and the broth seemed to be something they just put together aimlessly and tasted awful. Somewhere between Google Reservations and Gyuzo, our wedding anniversary dinner reservations were lost. The reservations were made several weeks in advance. When we arrived, the hostess told us that our reservation was not in the system. She was very unhelpful and uncaring, and she did not offer to help us find another table or recommend other restaurants. We ended up dining somewhere else, which was not what we wanted to do.
