Kabuto Hibachi & Sushi is a Rockville gem. The hibachi is consistently delicious and entertaining, and the sushi is always incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is great, with attentive service and the best yum-yum sauce around. The food was decent, with top items including hibachi steak done well (be sure to ask for some sauce on the side), fillet sashimi, and fried chicken. Kids enjoyed the noodles, udon, basic sushis, and ice cream. The price point is excellent for the area and the amount of food received. For all you can eat at $35.99, orders for the first round took some time, but most sashimi tasted good. Service was great; they kept taking empty plates to make space. The food was tasty, though the hibachi chef lacked a certain showmanship. Some noted the restaurant was freezing and waited over 10 minutes for a server, but the server and cook were very nice. Overall, a fun night out, highly recommended for the price.
