“We have been to TaiPei Tokyo Cafe several times and have enjoyed the meal and the service from Flora and Kylie. They and the way our food was prepared and served always makes the visit enjoyable. I have tried many items on their menu and never disappointed. We will certainly go back. John“

“First time, ordered pick up. I accidentally ordered too few rolls (ordered 6, didn’t know I needed 8? for a platter) but the staff still went out of their way to accommodate my request for a sushi platter, so 5 stars for service! The pick up did take about 10 min longer than expected so I recommend adding in buffer time, but the food was delicious and worked perfectly for the lunch party I was taking it to. Reasonable price, aesthetic, and exceeded my expectations!“

“No frills hole in a wall place. Great and welcoming staff. Great service. First time here and I got the spring garden roll and my friend and I split the green bamboo roll. One of the only places that I have been too that offers more than 1 type of veggie roll; plenty of veggie maki rolls. Rolls are large and they are generous with the filling and toppings. Got a bottled green tea. They do not serve alcohol. They accept credit card. I will absolutely be returning and telling everyone I know about this place. Next to Great shopping and there is plenty of parking!

One suggestion is to have a bottle of Sriracha on hand just to add a bit of spice to the veggie rolls.“

“This is their third location we have been to and favorite so far. Food was the best, the space the nicest, and service was friendly.

We also really like the service and the food at their location in Tysons Corner, though the space is a little tight and on two floors.

Bethesda is my least favorite location and won’t be going back because of the service.“

“The Kura Sushi in Rockville was fantastic! The food was delicious, the conveyor belt was quickly restocking with all kinds of sushi and the server Rosa was very personable and helpful! If you ever want to try a classic Conveyor style sushi this is the place to go!“

1. Sushi and ramen were really good! The volcano roll is fresh, decorated, and flavorful! The sweet potatoes roll with cream cheese is phenomenal! The Karrage was super crispy and crunchy!

2. Price is very good for everything we got!

3. Quantity is a lot for what you get while maintaining quality

4. Staff here are nice.

“Tried for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was clean and quiet, with a comfortable neighborhood feel. It seemed like a place with a lot of regulars, which I personally think is a good sign. The staff were very friendly and kind, the prices were reasonable, and parking was easy. Most importantly, the sushi and sashimi tasted very fresh, and everything we ordered was delicious overall. I also really liked that it never felt overly crowded or noisy, even though customers kept coming in. Definitely a nice local Japanese spot that I would be happy to come back to.“
