Genki Wagyu Shabu House 元気 offers delicious food with great quality and fresh, flavorful wagyu. The variety of ingredients makes the meal even better, and the atmosphere is nice and reminds guests of being in Osaka. The service is friendly and welcoming, with servers who are super friendly and helpful throughout the process. One server performed incredibly and was super friendly, very informative, patient and kind, making guests feel like longtime customers even on a first visit. Another server provided excellent customer service for a wonderful experience. The restaurant is a great place to enjoy shabu-shabu with family and friends. Guests love to come back, and some have been twice with a friend and are going back next weekend. The Yuzu Cloud drink is strong but not overbearing, with edible art on top that is sweet. The food is always on point. Guests always get sukiyaki and one other broth, and sukiyaki definitely takes first. The diamond tier is recommended, otherwise "Go for gold." Servers are always friendly, and reservations are always set so there is no wait. The store can be a little dark for older people, but the lighting is always a mood. The waygu fried rice in the hot bar is so good, and the fried chicken is pretty good. The waygu nigiri and the torched salmon belly are always recommended. The shrimp tempura has a sauce that gives a kick but not overpowering, like a gentle sweetness. Guests should try the sauce bar, although the broth gives such flavor. All the japanese meats slap.
